Level 2 Early Childhood Education
Course Description
Teacher in Charge: Mrs C. Peek.
Students will study a range of Level 2 ECE Unit Standards which prepare students for further work opportunities and/or tertiary study in Early Childhood education.
Units of work are assessed by external early childhood education trainers.
Students enrolling in this course will also be part of the Gateway programme as the units of work are based on practical experience.
Students are required to attend an early childhood centre one day per week.

Pre-Requisite: NCEA Level 1 with Literacy
